Can my hair be fixed?

I went to my usual hair dresser yesterday with blond hair, I asked her for platinum hair this time. She bleached them, then she blow dried them. They were a little bit yellowish so she added a toner. Then my hair turned dark blue! So she did something else...and now my hair is dark blond/brown...She gave my 20$ off...on a 150$ cut and color and told me they would be lighter after the first wash (tried it, did not happen), She acted as though everything was fine, but my hair is far from being platinum. I am really not impressed and won't go back. It is now a Sunday (before Christmas Eve) every salon is closed. Is this fixable?

try using dye products at home or extensions or a wig, i feel bad for you also you could wear a santa hat with all your hair inside it. Sorry again.

you have to give your hair a bit of a brak you are going to stress it out, you dont want to be bald by christmas!!!, she should not have charged you to color your hair at all, and she should fix your hair... you paid for something you did not get

Yes it is, I realy dont understand why she made it darker, when she got it into a yellowy stage she should of toned it down with an ash blonde which would of made it more of a platinum colour.

You could try bleaching it yourself.

First....my sincere sympathy. I know how it is to have a bad hair cut/color. Next....NO NOT do anything yourself as some have suggested. It could possibly do more damage to your hair. I would march straight to the salon the first day they were open and demand to see the owner and have him/her fix the problem at no cost. If this person who did your hair is the owner, then I would demand all of my money back and find a salon where they can fix your hair color problem. If she refuses, then make sure you take very good photos of your hair color/damage and as a last resort, take her to small claims court. You deserve your money back and when she refunded $20, she was admitting fault.

Sorry, it happened so close to Christmas, but if you can tough it out (wear a cute hat or wrap if you have to) then it will be worth it to get it fixed the right way when Christmas is over.

Be careful! Your hair is going to start breaking off. First I would call tomorrow and tell her how disatified you are and that you are coming by to get your entire 150 back. Be nice and say you want to go somewhere else, that you would come see her nect time. Then I would go to www.biolustreflorida.com and purchase one of their kits.
