Hair color:?

I currently have light strawberry blond hair and want it to be like this:

if I get peroxide from a beauty store will that work? I don't worry about the damaging becuase I have a short pixie and I haven't dyed my hair in forever... it doesn't damage nearly as much as people say.

I have tried home "lightest blonde" coloring kits and they make my hair butter yellow.. totally not the look I am going for.

How can I achieve this color?
