I have green eyes...1 year I died my hair a redish color and it made my eyes stand out a lot... whatever color you look best in... I think hazel eyes stand out whatever your hair color is...

You should shave your head. Then people would not be distracted by your hair and focus only on your eyes.

I've always found jet black hair to bring out light-colored eyes, but this is an extreme look and might not be what you want. In general, I think the darker you go with hair, the more contrast with your light eyes.

not exactly the answer your looking for, but it sounds like you have really beautiful colouring, id love to look like that. i would leave your hair colour as it is. maybe use a shampoo and conditioner for red hair to bring out redder tones but nothing dramatic, itd be soooo hard to get your colour back.
