Bleach it. Just go to a hair salon, and tell them what you want. I'm sure they'll just bleach it, and you'll go platinum blonde. If you don't want to go to a salon, just ask a hair stylist how would you go about doing that, and she'll tell you what to buy. I had dark hair, and right now I am a light beige blonde, by using the bleach powder. However, it was done professionally, so please ask a professional hair stylist, before putting ANYTHING in your hair.
