My son is 5 weeks old, and I'm just wondering what color hair he will have. I have dark brown hair, and his daddy has dark blond hair. I expected him to have one of the two, but no... he has bright red hair! I know baby's hair changes, but if you had a red haired baby, did their hair stay the same or what did it change to?

My son was born with a head full of thick curly jet-black hair.. Eventually (around 8 months) it fell out and grew back in dark blonde..

my younger daughter's father has dark brown hair with a little bit of red in it. my hair is mostly brown, but theres also red, black and blonde in it.

my daughter came out with the lightest blonde ever, and now its almost like a strawberry-blonde. shes only 16 months, so theres still plenty of time for her hair to change again.

you cant go by what color hair other kids have. your child is unique in its own way.

His hair color may or may not change! I have very dark brown hair and my husband has light brown hair..... our youngest (daughter) has BLOND hair!!!......... I am also olive complected with dark brown eyes.... my daughter is Nicole Kidman fair with ocean blue eyes!!! Go figure :)~
